AREAS OF APPLICATION

SWAGAT HEAT PROTEKTOR 2010 can be used on concrete & metal surfaces, roofing of residential and office complexes, and other industrial applications.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Surface Preparations

The surface of treatment must be thoroughly cleaned of all laitance, loose material, oil, grease, etc. Metal surfaces shall be cleaned to remove existing alkyd-based paint, rust by mechanical means such as wire brushing, shot blasting, etc. All surface cracks in cementitious substrates up to 5mm width should be filled up with Swagat  CRACK-N-SEAL PASTE. Cracks more than 5 mm and all separation gaps should be filled up with SwagatLeakcrete 1130 modified mortar as per requirement.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Apply one or two coats of swagat PRIMA COAT PLUS (dilution with water 2:1) on clean cementitious substrates.

Apply 2  to 3 coats of Swagat HEAT PROTEKTOR 2010 (dilution up to 40% with water) on clean substrates and allow it to dry for 3 to 4 hours before applying subsequent coats.
