Swagat LEAKCRETE is an acrylic-based polymer modified cementitious coating system. It helps overcome several shortcomings of cement by enhancing its mechanical properties such as adhesion with various building materials AND improved impact strength, flexural strength, and thin section fragility. It has a multipurpose use as a waterproofing cum bonding agent when used in repair & plastering mortars, waterproofing cements lurries, bond coats, antisatlpetre mortars, and multi-purpose mortar admixture for grouts. Itprovidesexcellentresistancetoabrasionandweathering(UVf2esistance)andissuitableforUSE in the basements, roof, swimming pool,anti-corrosive coating on steel/rebars with cement, helps to effectively fill cracks when used as an additive to cement & sand and asexteriordecorativecoatingsystemwhenused in conjunction with commercially available Cement BasedPaint.

Directions for Use

 

• Ensurethaithesurfaceisadequatelycleanedandisfreeofoil, grease and loosely adhering
• Before application, ensure that the surface is pre-wettedforatThesurface should be damp but in a touch dry condition.
• Incaseanydepressionsorvoidsneedtobeleveled/filled,aputtycanbemadeusingCement (1kg), Fine Sand (1.5 kg) and Swagat é LEAKCRETE (0.5 kg)
• Add Swagat 6LEAKCRETE to cement in the ratio 2:1 Ensure that the addition is done gradually, while regular stirring such that the slurry is free of any lumps or air bubbles. Normally two coats are needed to provide adequate protection. Ensure that the first coat is touch dry before application of the 2 coats. A minimum interval of 4-6 hours (depending on the temperature & humidity levels) should be given.
• After the final coat has been applied, moist curing by spraying/so! inkling water should be undertaken for a minimum of 24 At no point, shoul‹Jbecoa*ing is allowed to dry or be completely submerged in water. Ensure that during the first 12 hours of curing the coating should be protected from abrasion, rain, and wind. A*ermoistcuring, the coating should be allowed to air dry for 3dayds
• The prepared material must be used within 20-30
• To be protected by screed on top for enhanced Alternatively, a fiber mesh can be used between the two coats for enhanced protection.
• It is important to ensure that the application is undertaken at a temperature level between 35°C.

Safety &Storage

1. Material when stored in a cool dry place and remains in unopened condition has a shelf life of approximately 1yeär.
2. Although Swagat0 LEAKCRETE is non-toxic and non-inflammable, it is recommended to wearIncaseofcontactwitheyes, wash With water immêdiately.
