General Description: HAR PLAST PC 90 is a high solid and ultra-high-strength 4th Generation Poly Carboxylate Ether based high range water reducer (HRWR)and hardener for paver blocks & concrete structures. Increase the workability of concrete and imparts a sheen to the manufactured product. It also allows a water reduction of upto20 %.
HAR PLAST PC 90 is used to impart excellent fluidity at low dosage, high strength, and durability. It incorporates accelerators to provide early strength and ease of de-molding. It confirms to IS 9103 specification.

Dosage and Application: HAR PLAST PC 90 should be added to the concrete mix at the rate of 0.4-0.6% of the cement used. A higher rate may be used for rich mixes and grades of concrete that is to be manufactured. Do not add HAR PLAST PC 90 directly to the mix. Mix HAR PLAST PC 90 in water and spread it evenly around the mix, whilst the mixer is in running condition.
The optimum dosage should be best determined by site trial. HAR PLAST PC 90 has a shelf life of 18 months from the date of manufacture.
