PREMIUM ELASTOMERIC ACRYLIC WATERPROOF EXTERIOR COATING.

AREAS OF APPLICATION

SWAGATO RAINCOAT is ideal for use in exterior RCC and cement sand plastered surfaces, sloping roofs, chajjas, and parapet walls.

 

METHOD OF APPLICATION

• Surface for treatment must be thoroughly cleaned of all loose particles, oil, grease Mechanical weans such as wire brushing & shot blasting can be used.
• All surface cracks up to 5 mm width should be filled up with SWAC›ATOtCRACK-N-SEAL Shrink-Free Paste. Cracks more than 5 mm and all separation gaps should be filled up with SWAGAT O LEAKCRETE 1130 modified mortar.
• Prior to the application of SWAGATB RAINGUARD 1120, the surface should be primed with SWAGAT& PRIME GUARD 1110 diluted with water in the ratio of 2:1 by volume. Allow a minimum of 2 to 3 hours of drying
• After 2 to 3 hours apply the first coat of SWAGATO RAINGUARD 1120 and allow it to dry for approximately 4-5 hrs. Please ensure that there is NO dilution of SWAGATO RAINGUARD 1120. For optimal results,  a minimum film thickness of 120 microns (DFT) should be achieved in 2
• After the first coat is touch dry, apply the second coat of SWAGATORAINGUARD 1120 and allow the coated surface to cure fully for 7days.
