Swagat Silver Series Cement Primer is an economical water-based acrylic primer suitable for interior & exterior use. It provides good coverage and mid-level alkali resistance.

Swagat  Gold Series Cement Primer is a premium water-based acrylic primer suitable for interior & exterior use. It provides excellent coverage and advanced alkali resistance. It is formulated to provide strength to the substrate, thus ensuring better adhesion to the topcoat.

Swagat Super Gold Series Cement Primer is a pure acrylic, water-based higher performance primer suitable for interior & exterior use. It provides dual protection by strengthening & sealing the substrate & by imparting high-level alkali, fungal & efflorescence resistance. It is manufactured using silicon/silane-based additives & emulsion that provide superior adhesion benefits whilst also enhancing the life and coverage of the topcoat (exterior/interior emulsion). DIRECTIONS FOR USE :

• Ensure new masonry surfaces are completely cured.
• The surface to be primed is free of dust, grease, loose & flaking paint, and other contaminants.
• Remove any growth of fungus or algae using SwagatBio Protek and subsequently scrubbed off using a wire brush.
• Sand the surface properly with 120 emery paper
• Dilute the primer with a water maximum of 40% by weight.
• Apply one or two coats of primer as desired to keep an interval of 6 hours between each coat.
• Any dents or cracks should be suitably filled in using Swagat Wall-Putty(cement-based). Swagat Acrylic-Putty or Swagat Crack-n-Seal.
• The application can be done using a brush, roller, or airless spray.
• Stir well & strain before use.
