The solution from Swagat Paints includes painting advisory comprises of the measurement of the specific area of the house that is to be painted, evaluation of the surface for painting and recommendation of a suitable painting system, then offering a preliminary estimation and introduction of the painting contractor (“the Contractor”) to the user. The Contractor referred from Swagat Paints is trained to use the relevant tools with the required skill in all applicable areas.

A painting work includes painting the surface preparation, application of primers or priming, and then application of finish coats. While our trained contractors are sufficiently trained to carry out the given task, the quality also depends on the quality of the wall, brickwork, the mortar and the cement used, presence of moisture on the space, pollutants, saltpeter, etc. For example, if there is seepage of siource water from anywhere in the given space, a painting will never succeed. While our representatives and contractors will make all possible efforts to inspect these issues before commencing any work, it is desirable that customers also independently assess as all the aspects may not be visible or apparent during inspection. Furthermore, we do not provide any masonry or plumbing services, and neither has it trained its contractors in these areas. Therefore, it is always advisable for customers to satisfy themselves before any painting work.

The Contractor from our Company, through its independent assessment, takes up assignments referred by us. Our brand states explicitly that painting services are subject to a contract between the customers and the Contractors. The Company supplies paint through its authorized dealers and provides training only. We only act as a bridge between the customer and the Contractor. It is entirely left to the customer and the Contractor to work out the work modalities.

• In case the painting contract is finalized between the Contractor and the user, based on current market rates, Contractor’s services might include the following depending on the scope of the job:
• Covering all the furniture and taping parts which are liable to get damaged;
• Scraping of the side walls;
• Mixing of putty and textured coatings when needed
• Application of paint on the wall;
• Providing desired finish
• Post painting clean-up

During the painting job, the Contractor will, as per the scope of the painting job and wherever required, make use of the automatic tools such as multi-mixers, handheld sanders, auto rollers, etc., for fast, hassle-free free execution of the work. However, there may be several instances where paint application of one or more of such equipment is not required.

The Company does not act as a final stop provider. The Company has limited control over current painting services delivered by the Contractor and us, which makes only a sincere attempt to guide the customers for availing best service and hence does not take responsibility for suitability, reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of the painting is provided by the Contractor. Therefore, in no event is the Company liable or responsible in any way for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive action that arises out of the availing the services offered on this platform.

The brand solely provides this painting service for assisting the customers in availing a hassle-free solution for painting houses, which is much, cleaner, and better. By viewing and then using the services available on this platform and carrying out further transactions with the same Contractor, you will agree to the terms and conditions set herein.

The Company also offers the services through several Contractors throughout India. Every Contractor has its terms and conditions. after transacting business with the Contractor after viewing information on the website or call center, you will fully agree and undertake to follow their terms and conditions.

Once the customer offers her contract details on the website or calls center, Company’s representative might then coordinate through phone, message, notifications, emails, or other communications to schedule a time for brand Contractor to attend to the customer’s request. The customer must notify the Company immediately if they decide to cancel the request, preferably via phone/email. By offering the contact details, you now agree and then accept that any type of solicitation from the Company’s end in this respect shall not be considered as “unsolicited commercial communication” as defined in the Telecom Commercial Communication Customer Preference Regulations 2010 and any amendments after.
